SGA教练组回复:Hello , often a golfers right foot moves around during the backswing and downswing because of the brake down of the right knee (Flex) . If you can hold the flex of your right knee during the backswing and downswing. You will find the right foot will stay glued to the ground until impact.( This is a tip for a right hand golfer) Good Golfing Jonathan .
